NELSPRUIT - On Monday February 22, Pricewaterhouse-Coopers Nelspruit hosted an enjoyable cocktail party to welcome the Beckenstrater and Associates’ clients into the PwC family. Mr Pierrie Cronjé, partner in charge of Nelspruit, set the tone of the evening by introducing PricewaterhouseCoopers as a company. He explained that as professional advisors, PwC help their clients to solve complex business problems and aim to enhance their ability to build value, manage risk and improve performance. PwC takes pride in the fact that its services add value by helping to improve transparency, trust and consistency of business processes. In South Africa, PwC currently employs approximately 4 500 staff in 23 offices which bring appropriate local knowledge and experience to provide clients with a professional service, specifically tailored to meet their requirements. Cronjé emphasises the fact that a significant portion of PwC clients are privately owned companies and that this section of the business is dedicated to the long-term success of private companies and their owners. He also highlighted the fact that a substantial portion of the PwC Global Receiver comes from the Private Company Services Sector. Service and delivery in this area are therefore growing from strength to strength. Mr Peter Beckenstrater informed those present that with the backup, technology, wealth of knowledge and resources available to all at PwC, clients can expect to continue to receive the service they are used to while their business needs, no matter how diverse, can be addressed by the PwC team.
